If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us for a refund.

We have a 28-day return policy - which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days to send the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached and in it's original packaging. You must also use the returns slip received with your order to prevent any delay in processing your refund.

You can return your order in any Celtic store - Excluding Belfast - or post back to our Returns Address.

If the item you are looking to return is personalised, we will only accept the return if the personalisation is incorrect/differing from the receipt of order.  We will accept returns if the personalised item is faulty and will replace the item.
 
If the return is regarding a replica shirt/short due to a player leaving the squad, a change in badge or squad number, unfortunately we cannot accept this.
 
If you wish to return your Online order by post, you will be liable for any shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please note, limits will apply on covering your returns postage costs for faulty items - £7.85 maximum for UK and we will need a quote for International costs prior to arranging.
