If when logged into your Online Account, you cannot see a recent order you placed yet you received an Order Confirmation email, it is likely you were not signed into your account when placing the order therefore have checked out as a Guest.
If you have checked out as a Guest, you will still receive all dispatch updates and tracking information from the courier via email.
If still unsure, please contact our Customer Service team stating your order number and we will confirm this for you.
