If you have made a mistake or entered the wrong delivery address on your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible stating your order number so we can contact the Warehouse team and hopefully amend the address before it is dispatched.

Please note, if the order has already been dispatched from our Warehouse, we will be unable to change this. We will contact the courier for you, requesting for the address amendment however this is not always possible and the order may be returned to us instead.

Once the order arrives back at our Warehouse, we will arrange for the order to be sent to the correct address.
