If you have returned an item to our Returns Address, the return and refund should be processed by our Returns Team within 10 working days of it arriving at our Warehouse.
The refund for the item will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for any refunds to show in your bank account.
If it has been more than 10 working days since the return arrived back with us and you have not received a refund for the item, please contact our Customer Service team providing your order number and proof of delivery for the return so we can look into this further for you.
